It was a great place!! The view was excellent and I was very satisfied with my stay. Best of all, it is right in front of the beach, so it was easy to relax and have fun. Had a great time.

3. Usage Information

- As a serviced residence, hotel-style services (room service, wake-up calls, pickup, etc.) are not provided.

- According to government guidelines starting from 2022, all disposable items (toothbrushes, toothpaste) are not provided in rooms. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided in large dispensers.

- The photos displayed are representative images of El Momento Songdo rooms, and the room, floor, interior furnishings, and views may vary for each room.

- Simple Cooking Facilities Available in all rooms (cooking meat, fried foods, and fish is prohibited in the room).

- Room cleaning is provided once per 4 nights for reservations of 4 nights or more. If cleaning is needed, please contact the office (additional fees apply for separate cleaning requests).

- No extra guests allowed beyond the maximum occupancy of the room.

- Luggage storage service is not separately provided.

4. Notices

★Smoking is prohibited in all rooms (including verandas and balconies). If caught, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately. Cancellations and refunds due to this reason are not possible.

★The fire alarm in the building is very sensitive. If you cook foods that produce a lot of smoke (meat, fish), the entire building's alarm may be triggered. We inform you in advance that damages may be claimed for any harm caused thereby.

★As a multi-use facility, please be mindful to avoid excessive drinking, loud noises, and inter-floor noise.

★Pets are not allowed. If caught, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately.

★Infants and toddlers over 25 months are included in the headcount and cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.

★Minors staying without guardians, mixed-gender non-family groups, and drinking are strictly prohibited and will result in forced eviction.

★In case of room damage due to customer negligence, compensation must be paid based on the purchase price.

★Parties and events are prohibited in the room. If caught, guests will be asked to vacate immediately.
