Check-in - 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Front desk closes after midnight); the front desk is closed from midnight to 8:00 AM.

Early Check-in - Must contact the hotel in advance; a separate fee applies. (10,000 KRW per hour / VAT included)

Check-out - By 11:00 AM. Please tidy up your room before check-out and return your room key to the front desk.

Late Check-out – A separate fee applies. (10,000 KRW per hour / VAT included) / If you check out after 3:00 PM, you will be charged for one night’s stay.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking will automatically trigger the fire alarm.

All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors, and a cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged for violations.

An additional fee of 20,000 won per person per night applies for guests exceeding the standard occupancy, including extra bedding (maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded; preschool-aged children stay free).

Pets are prohibited in all rooms except those designated for dogs.

Rooms are for the reserved guests only; please have visitors wait or meet them in the lobby.

Rooms are assigned starting from the upper floors in the order of reservation, not check-in order.

No staff members are on duty from 00:00 to 08:00. During these hours, advance reservations may be canceled in the event of overbooking.

Odor-producing foods such as fish, shellfish, and clams are prohibited in guest rooms; a cleaning fee may be charged for violations.

All additional charges must be paid after consulting with the front desk.

Free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries (2 toothbrushes, 2 tubes of toothpaste, 3-blade razor, soap, comb, ladies’ set, shower towel, disposable slippers)—additional items are available for purchase if needed.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in single-use packets; for the sake of our guests’ hygiene, these are discarded after use rather than refilled.

All rooms feature a 75-inch Samsung state-of-the-art TV, a premium bidet, a Nespresso machine, motorized curtains, and an Air Dresser (excluding Terrace Double Rooms)

All rooms feature premium Simmons beds and high-end bedding; all beds are queen-size, and the Veranda Suite features a king-size bed for ample space

Our hotel conducts thorough disinfection, pest control, and hygiene management through the professional sanitation company, Cesco.

A wireless fast charger is available on the nightstand next to the bed, and spare charging cables (5-pin, 8-pin, and Type-C) are provided in the room’s drawers.

If you need ice, please visit the hotel lounge pub (BROADSTAIRS PUB & CAFE) on the first floor.

Cooking is prohibited in guest rooms; takeout food must be picked up on the first floor.

Damage to or removal of hotel property is prohibited: You will be charged for any damage or theft of hotel property during your stay.

The tiled bathtub may be slippery when wet. Please be careful.

The terrace sliding doors may be vulnerable to sea breezes, so please keep them closed and be careful not to get your fingers caught.

Minors are not permitted to share a room with members of the opposite sex. We may request to verify your physical ID at check-in; if verification is not possible, no refund will be issued.

Please leave your valuables at the front desk; we are not responsible for any lost items that were not deposited there.

For safety reasons, events involving balloons, fireworks, candles, and similar items are prohibited; please be aware of this.

Hotel guests may park only one vehicle per room.

Our hotel has the largest parking lot relative to the number of rooms among hotels near Daecheon Beach. If Parking Lot 1 is full, please park at Parking Lot 2 (140 Mudro, Boryeong-si), which is a 30-second walk from the hotel.

For guests arriving with two or more vehicles, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the large free public parking lot (2262 Sinheuk-dong, Boryeong-si), located near the hotel and just a 1-minute walk away, or the free public parking lot (2252 Sinheuk-dong, Boryeong-si), located a 3-minute walk away.

Since this is a tourist area with a severe shortage of parking spaces, you are welcome to park in the surrounding area.

The door opens automatically when you insert your room key and closes automatically when you remove it.

Please be sure to use the in-room switch or remote control to open and close the motorized curtains; you will be held liable for damages if they are damaged.

In addition to espresso (40 ml) and lungo (110 ml), you can enjoy Americano in two sizes (150 ml and 200 ml).

You can enjoy the two sizes of Americano with a single touch, or adjust the coffee strength by adding hot water to your espresso or lungo to create an Americano tailored to your taste.

Capsules featuring four different flavors are available for free in the Nespresso dispenser.

A variety of teas provided are available for free.

Hot water is available via the hot water button. (The temperature may be a bit low for instant noodles, so please ask for boiling water at the pub on the first floor.)

The breakfast package price includes an additional charge based on a standard rate for two people (not the room’s standard occupancy) and is billed based on the Korean breakfast option.

Guests with the breakfast package who wish to change to the American breakfast menu must pay an additional 3,000 won per person. If you require an additional breakfast, please pay the following prices per person (including VAT): Korean breakfast (13,000 won) or an American breakfast (à la carte: 16,000 won, set: 19,000 won), VAT included, per person.

For our guests' comfortable rest, all rooms in our hotel are equipped with premium Simmons beds and provide top-quality bedding and pillows.

In addition, all bedding at Hawood Hotel Daecheon Beach uses eco-friendly duck down, and the fabric has been certified as harmless to the human body, having passed all safety standards of the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards. We only use fabrics that have received quality certification from the Korea Apparel Testing & Research Institute (or FITI).

Before guests check in, we thoroughly disinfect and ensure at least one hour of ventilation for disease prevention. We also replace all bedding 100% without exception and check for any deficiencies through inspection.

Fire must only be handled by adults; minors are prohibited from use.

Please pay special attention to the safety of infants, toddlers, and children due to numerous fire sources in the vicinity.

The hotel is not responsible for accidents caused by unskilled operation or horseplay.

To ensure a comfortable rest for other guests, please refrain from using microphones and speakers, and avoid any behavior that may cause discomfort to other guests.

Absolutely do not bring grilled or fried foods, or strong-smelling seafood dishes into the room. Please enjoy them on the outdoor terrace or veranda.

Please be especially careful to prevent fire accidents.

In the event of damage, defacement, impairment, or loss of hotel facilities or amenities due to the guest's actions, the guest must compensate the full amount of the damage in cash.

Complimentary items must be returned to their original place after use. (If not returned, a new product must be compensated for).

Please separate and dispose of trash and recycling, and kindly clean up afterward.
