The barbecue area is open from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and charcoal is provided from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Please be sure to take note of these hours to avoid any confusion.

Please note that the barbecue facilities provide only charcoal, grills, and griddle plates; meat and other ingredients are not included.

Barbecue grills and fire pits may only be used in designated areas.

After use, please ensure the fire is completely extinguished before moving the equipment.

Do not place flammable items (paper, wood, fabric, etc.) near the fire.

Please take special care to ensure that children do not approach the barbecue facilities or fire pits.

Use of barbecue facilities and fire pits may be restricted on days with strong winds.

Parking Information and No Dogs or Cats Allowed

In addition to the indoor parking lot, a separate large outdoor parking lot is available. One vehicle per room is permitted (parking more than two vehicles per room is prohibited).

Lost and Found Information

Lost items are held by the facility for 3 weeks and will be disposed of after that period.

Smoking Policy

A penalty will be imposed for smoking inside guest rooms.

In-Room Cooking Policy

If cooking in a room is discovered, a fine (financial compensation for bedding, wallpaper, etc.) may be imposed, and you may be subject to immediate eviction.

Unauthorized occupancy by two or more people, or cohabitation without notifying the front desk, may result in immediate eviction.

Contract Cancellation Due to Reasons Attributable to the Consumer

Full Refund of Deposit

Standard Room: Cancel up to 2 days before the scheduled check-in date

Penthouse: Cancel up to 12 days before the scheduled check-in date

50% Refund of Deposit

Standard Rooms: Cancellation up to 1 day before the scheduled date of use

Penthouses: Cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled date of use

0% refund of the deposit

Standard Rooms: Cancellation on the scheduled date of use

Penthouses: Cancellation within 5 days of the scheduled date of use

Contract Termination Due to the Business Operator’s Fault

1) Cancellation up to 10 days before the scheduled date of use

- Full refund of the deposit

2) Cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled date of use

- Refund of the deposit and compensation of 30% of the total fee

3) Cancellation up to 3 days before the scheduled date of use

- Deposit refunded and 50% of the total fee as compensation

4) Cancellation up to 1 day before the scheduled date of use or on the scheduled date of use

- Compensation for the full contract amount
