The staff are truly very kind, the room condition was great, and it felt like a 5-star property ❤️ I had a good rest.

I spent a pleasant summer day here. The shower hot water control in the room was a bit difficult to operate, but thanks to the staff's attentive and kind assistance, it was resolved and I had a comfortable night. It felt a bit short, but the nearby walking paths were nice.

It's great to go with kids.
Green window paint on the window, air conditioning issues causing two room changes, and a final proper room change only at 10:40 PM, plus a male staff member caused a door-opening incident. All happened in one day. At first they tried to compensate with simple snacks like Pringles and cola, but then they counted it off with a 34,000-won burger from room service, haha. I was there to rest after surgery, had to limp around checking the temperature of each room, ended up catching a low-grade fever and checked out. I sent complaint emails to Bonvoy headquarters and Pyeongtaek Marriott, but received identical copy-and-paste style replies.
The staff were very kind and everything was very clean, and the bedding is excellent~ However, the location of the property is a bit awkward and parking is disappointing. I don't know if it was just our room, but the shower water pressure was weaker than expected, and while packaged food is allowed, delivery is not. Amenities The fitness center is smaller than I expected😅

Maybe because it hasn't been open long, the facilities were generally clean and it was great for a restful stay. Parking is only above ground and not directly connected to the building, which was a downside, but unless the weather is bad it shouldn't be a major issue.
My girlfriend and I stayed here and we loved it!
The room was very tidy and the staff were extremely friendly! The path to the room is wide and open, which I liked! Next time I want to come back to use the pool😁
I keep wondering how they trained their staff because everyone was so incredibly kind, and even when we made eye contact they all smiled and greeted us... ahh... this is the first hotel that made me want to leave such a heartfelt review!!!! They should really lean into being a kid-friendly hotel!!!!!!!!! We go to hotels once or twice a month with the kids, and the service here was truly among the best we've experienced... Maybe because it was Lunar New Year weekend, the lovely aunties at the front desk even prepared gifts for the kids and chatted with them — I was so grateful The facilities were clean, the room felt spacious even with two double beds, the pool water quality was great, and maintenance was excellent They asked us to bring towels from the room for pool use, which was a little inconvenient, but when I called after returning to request extras they brought them immediately like they had been waiting for the call lol. We had added a promotional cocktail package but the timing was tricky, so we checked beforehand and went out; when we came back everything was beautifully set up 😍😍😍😍 The people who answered the phone had a pleasant attitude too Honestly there was nothing to complain about... If you want a staycation with kids, definitely go. Costco and Starfield are nearby so there are plenty of things to do Special thanks to a cute female staff member I didn’t catch the name of — she worked daytime shifts, had a medium-length bob, and was petite. Her sense and service were amazing; she should be employee of the month at this hotel
I stayed again a few days ago. It was quiet, clean, and the service was satisfying. The people who assisted us were friendly.
