- Please provide the guest’s real name when making a reservation. If a nickname is used, check-in may be difficult.
- If a reservation is canceled due to a change of mind or for personal reasons, a fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.

- For rooms assigned upon check-in, we cannot guarantee a specific view or bed type.

- If any amenities are damaged, please contact the front desk in advance to pay the compensation fee. (If damage is discovered later, double the fee will be charged.)
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas and rooms of the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
- Bringing flammable materials into the room is prohibited; in the event of a fire, you may be held liable for damages.
- Pets are not allowed, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued for this reason.
