The staff were friendly and the view was really great. I was traveling to Seoul and it really put me in the mood, lol. There were lots of things to do nearby and I enjoyed the trip.

Overall, a satisfying accommodation. It is somewhat expensive but definitely worth it.

I purposely booked and visited to see the Shinsegae facade. I visited with my child, and they provided one set of bedding for free, so my child slept well without worry of falling. I deducted one star because even though we were registered guests, parking cost 20,000 won per car, but I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and their customer service. It is right next to Myeongdong, so it was nice to take evening walks, and I liked the spacious bathroom with a bathtub. However, they said the rooms that face the facade are actually two adjacent single rooms. You can comfortably view it from the hallway instead. We did not add breakfast; we enjoyed coffee and pastries at the Starbucks next to the post office, which was pleasant.
