I liked that there was both an ondol (heated floor sleeping area) and a bed room. There were two of us so we both slept on the beds, but it seems like a family could use it comfortably. The ondol would be ideal in winter, so I plan to revisit in winter.

It was an excellent choice. There were no beds, but the comforters were thick so my back did not hurt, the view was great, and the lounge food is good for the price. I plan to go again.

Above all, the friendliness and service of the hotel staff stood out. From check-in to check-out they welcomed us warmly at every step, and they responded to requests and inquiries quickly and attentively. In particular, their expertise and kindness were evident in recommending nearby attractions, providing transportation information, and making restaurant reservations, which made my stay at the hotel very satisfying. The hotel's facilities were also convenient and well-equipped. With a restaurant, cafe, fitness center, spa, and various other amenities, there was no shortage of things to do during the stay, and the facilities were well maintained so we could use them comfortably.
