Hygge Hotel

This was a room I booked exactly four months in advance of the stay for an anniversary with my partner. Because it was a special day, we wanted to make good memories and booked after a long search, but we were very disappointed by the room condition. While taking photos after entering the room, I found an item that looked like women’s underwear under the bed. The floor had not been properly cleaned either. We were very upset and immediately contacted the number that had given us the room information. The manager came in person, collected the item, and apologized, and they offered a late checkout. However, we had an early flight the next morning so we could not use that service, and the anniversary atmosphere and our satisfaction with the trip had already been greatly diminished... In addition, the sink in front of the bathroom was badly clogged, making it uncomfortable even to wash your hands. I felt that the basic expected room cleanliness and facility checks at an accommodation were not sufficiently carried out.

I was traveling with my in‑laws and they praised the room for being very clean and nice. It was cold, but they slept extremely warmly and comfortably.

It turned out to be right next to a brunch place I used to go to often when visiting Jeju. I never noticed it when passing by, but I saw a post about it on Instagram and decided to go this time. It was very clean and nice. The weather was extremely cold, but as soon as we went inside it felt warm, and it was warm enough that we felt hot through the night. I will definitely visit again 100%. I was completely satisfied.

It was really great. The check‑in method was a little inconvenient, but when I asked they resolved it. I would like to use it again. It’s a place with an amazing view.
