They keep it clean. The building and interior looked generally worn and old. There was an EV charger (for slow charging, V2V type), which was nice. From around 3:00 AM a man was screaming somewhere outside the building and I couldn't sleep. The parking seemed adequate, the bathroom had good water flow, the TV was large, and the bed was so-so. I got a good night's sleep for 27,000 won; great value.

A good value place to stay. The building is old, but they manage cleaning well, so it was an enjoyable trip.

We arrived before check-in, ate our takeout at a table outside the property, then checked in. It was cheap so I didn't expect much, but it was clean and I rested very well.

There are plenty of things to do nearby, so it’s perfect for a one-day rest.

To be honest, I booked this place without high expectations, but it was better than I expected. The owner is kind and the accommodation is quiet. Parking is a bit awkward, but the owner tried to help as much as possible, so I was grateful.
