It was clean and the bedding was very good. However, there was a very strong bad odor coming from the bathroom that made it hard to use, and the soundproofing was poor.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room.

Parking is not available for walk-in reservations, so please be sure to select “Vehicle Reservation” on the booking screen.

If the lot is full, please check and use the public parking lot near our partner location.

Parking may be restricted due to limited space depending on the vehicle type. For SUVs, luxury sedans, imported cars, or vehicles with high or low ground clearance, please check with the partner location in advance to confirm parking availability.

★Amenity Guide

Some single-use amenity sets are available for purchase; please inquire at the front desk.

A basic amenity set consisting of shampoo (1 bottle), conditioner (1 bottle), and body wash (1 bottle) is provided in each guest room.

We ask that you bring your own facial cleansing products beyond the basic set; additional charges may apply if purchased.

★Additional Information on Personnel

Room rates are based on double occupancy; for special room types, the number of guests must be confirmed directly.

Additional charges apply for guests beyond the standard occupancy, at 10,000 won per person. (Children 36 months and under stay free.)

Extra bedding and extra beds are not provided. If you stay for more than 30 minutes after check-in with more guests than the standard occupancy, additional charges may apply.

For consecutive nights, additional charges may apply depending on the room type; please contact the hotel in advance.

Additional charges apply for early check-in or late check-out, which are available only if rooms are available on the day of check-in or check-out.

★Notes for Check-in

We request that all guests present a valid ID. In accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act, use of our facilities may be restricted if you refuse to present your ID. We appreciate your understanding.

For reservations involving minors sharing a room, check-in may be restricted. Please note that cancellations and refunds due to this restriction are generally not possible.

Smoking in guest rooms or within the building will result in a fine of 100,000 won pursuant to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act. Additionally, deodorization fees may be charged for smoking in guest rooms.

Upon arrival, please present the name of the person who made the reservation or your reservation confirmation text message at the lobby on the first floor, and we will assist you with the check-in process.

Room information is subject to change due to circumstances at the partner property, and we are not liable for any inconvenience resulting from such changes.

Laundry facilities are available on the second floor of the Ban-dong building.

★Room Usage Guidelines

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash and other valuables must, as a general rule, be deposited at the front desk; the affiliate is not liable for valuables not deposited at the front desk.

Please leave your key card at the front desk when leaving the room after check-in; you may be charged a fee if the key card is lost.

Please be aware that you may be asked to leave if you cause excessive noise due to drinking or loud shouting.

Damage to or theft of items in the guest room may result in criminal prosecution, and guest rooms are for lodging purposes only. Please inquire in advance if you wish to film for commercial purposes.

OTT services such as Netflix are available free of charge only through your own account.

Additional fees may be automatically charged if you exceed the check-out time.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than lodging; please inquire in advance if you plan to film for commercial purposes.

You may be required to pay compensation for excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, or furniture. Additionally, you may be held liable for damages or fires resulting from the use of fire hazards such as gunpowder or fireworks.

★Guidelines for Using the Hotel Sauna (Amenities)

1. Absolutely no splashing water on or placing towels on the stone heater: To prevent overheating, electrical shorts, and fire hazards, do not splash water on the heater or place towels or other items on top of it.

2. No personal belongings or food allowed: To prevent damage to items or the risk of fire due to high temperatures, please leave personal belongings outside the facility. To maintain a pleasant environment, please refrain from bringing food into the facility.

3. Liability for Violating Safety Rules: If a fire or damage to the facility occurs due to a violation of these rules or negligence, you may be liable for damages under Article 750 of the Civil Code and may face criminal liability (for arson) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. These measures are in place for everyone’s safety, so we ask for your full cooperation.
