Cancellations/refunds for entry refusal due to reservations involving minors (adults) cohabiting are not possible.

Even for special rooms with a maximum standard occupancy of 2 or more, mixed groups of 3 or more (excluding family units) are not permitted.

Please note that this property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine as per Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, along with ancillary costs related to odor removal, may be charged.

Excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc., may result in a request for compensation. Attachment of tape for events and use of fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks are prohibited, and compensation liability for damage or fire after use may be charged.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. Please inquire in advance for commercial video filming.

According to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, should primarily be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

Upon leaving after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible; a fee may be charged if the card key is lost.

Excessive noise due to drinking or loud singing may result in eviction, and no refund will be processed.

Criminal charges may be pressed in cases of room damage or theft.

OTT services like Netflix can be used free of charge with your own account.

Parking may be restricted due to limited space depending on the vehicle type, so please confirm parking availability with the property in advance for SUVs, luxury sedans, imported cars, or vehicles with high or low chassis.
