I booked for that day and went, but when I suddenly went to the front desk they said the rooms were all gone and told us to just cancel and leave, so I was like what is this? After I showed them our reservation details and everything, they finally said, "You came from far away, go on in," and only then gave us the key. I thought it would be the lowest-grade room, but it wasn't, so were they only giving the key then? In any case, we paid for it, but they acted like they were doing us a favor, which made the situation awkward, so I don't really want to go back. The air conditioner did not work well so it was hot. The bathtub was large and nice, but there were a lot of hairs so we had to wash it off once more before using it. When we turned on the spa-style air blower, a lot of foreign particles came out, so if the bathtub has that feature it should not be used. Oh, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
