Accommodation Use Guide

- Check-in: From 4:00 PM

- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM the next day

(On-site parking is available for up to 2 cars on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking is unavailable, please search for Nampo Police Station and use the street parking directly in front.)

- Slippers must be worn in all rooms and common areas! (Provided in rooms.)

- Late returns are OK, but causing inconvenience in common areas late at night is NOT OK!

- There is no curfew, but the overall lights-out time is 11:50 PM!

- Please refrain from disturbing other guests while heavily intoxicated late at night! (Eviction if severe!)

- No smoking or outside food allowed in rooms!

- Cleaning time is required for multi-night stays! (Please vacate the room from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Luggage left on the bed will not be touched.^^)

Important Information

※A cleaning deposit of 30,000 KRW is required for bookings of Couple & Friend / Family & Friend / 4-person Room / Dormitory with 4 or more people. (50,000 KRW for full property rental)

The cleaning deposit will be refunded within 1-2 days after check-out and room condition inspection is complete. The deposit may not be refunded if basic tidying and cleaning are not done upon check-out (including bedding stains).

Further detailed information will be sent via text message upon reservation completion.

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on double occupancy, and for special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests is required. An additional fee applies for each extra person (inquire with accommodation). Additional charges may be automatically applied if check-out time is exceeded. Please check with the property directly regarding the admission of minors before making a reservation. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied admission due to mixed-gender bookings by minors. ID verification may be requested for mixed-gender stays, and admission may be denied without ID, with no refunds for cancellations. Room information may change frequently due to property circumstances. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this. Please refrain from excessive noise at night, as eviction measures may be taken. You may face criminal charges for damaging or stealing items in the room.
