2) If the hotel parking lot is full, guests can use nearby public parking (paid) or the hotel's designated parking lot (15-minute walk, Mipo Sealand).

- The maximum occupancy, including infants and young children, cannot be exceeded. Cancellations or refunds are not possible for this reason.

- Rooms may be assigned differently from the images depending on the room type.

- Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate bookings may occur, and reservations may be canceled.

- A cancellation fee will apply for cancellations due to simple change of mind or customer circumstances.

- In case of damage or loss of property, compensation must be made according to the property's standards.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Failure to observe basic etiquette, or actions that cause harm or discomfort to others, are grounds for immediate eviction.

- Cooking and use of open flames are prohibited in guest rooms to prevent fires.

- Minors unaccompanied by an adult will be denied entry and no refund will be issued.

- Mixed-gender stays are not permitted for 3 or more guests (excluding families).
