As a small motel, we want to remain a place where people can quietly rest on their way through town. Just as there are many famous restaurants without signs, we want to establish ourselves as a motel known to those in the know for our quality service. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests engaging in indecent behavior.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

We verify identification upon check-in, so please be sure to bring a valid ID.

Minors are not permitted to check in (even with a consent form). However, please contact the property if accompanied by a parent.

Checklist

★ This is an unstaffed motel; we will send you a text message with your room assignment at 9:00 AM on the day of check-in. (The message will be sent from a secure number, so please be sure to check it.)

★ It may be difficult to connect via phone for inquiries after 10:00 PM.

★ Netflix is available in all rooms (We have a motel account, so you can simply turn it on and start watching.)

★ Single rooms are for one person only; all other rooms are for two people (no more than two people allowed per room; mixed-gender occupancy is not permitted in any room).

★ Resident registration card verification is required upon check-in. (No refunds will be issued if you refuse to present it.)

★ In case of urgent need for assistance, emergencies, or illegal occupation, the property manager will enter the room after unlocking the door, regardless of your consent.

★ Lost items will be held for one month after notification. After that, they will be disposed of.

This motel was fully remodeled in March 24 and is equipped with as many amenities as possible.

There is a nearby paid parking lot (Maebawi Public Parking Lot).

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on double occupancy; for special rooms such as party rooms, please verify the number of guests directly with the property. An additional fee applies for each extra guest. (Please contact the property.) Additional charges may be automatically applied if you check out after the designated check-out time. Please confirm directly with the partner property whether minors are permitted to stay before proceeding with your reservation. Cancellations or refunds will not be issued for refusals of check-in resulting from reservations involving minors sharing a room with adults. Identification may be required upon check-in for shared rooms; failure to present valid ID may result in refusal of check-in, and no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation. Room information is subject to change at any time due to circumstances at the partner property. We are not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from such changes.
