It was absolutely the best!!
I went to check in around 8 PM There was no staff on site and they did not answer the phone when I called. Someone who works in the kitchen happened to come by and helped with check-in... The bedding in the room was stained with what looked like dirt, so I called again but, as expected, they did not answer. I left a message and received notice the next morning after 9 AM that they had brought new bedding. By then I had already slept and it was time to check out, right? haha... When I mentioned it at checkout they said the staining was not blood but makeup — shouldn’t bedding not be stained at all..? I paid 50,000 won for hot water in the room but they said it hadn’t been charged... haha. Their customer service is disappointing.^^ Setting that aside, when there are inconveniences or problems in the room, they do not answer the phone and have no response plan, which is a big issue. It wasn’t a late-night call either. This place feels irresponsible; I came for a trip and this accommodation is really disappointing. I will never stay here again.

On my first visit I was surprised by how dark it was, but the interior facilities were really nice.
I was very satisfied overall, including the room view!! I never expected such a gem to be hidden in Mandeok! We had a great rest with our child and are leaving refreshed!

It was clean and I had a comfortable rest.
It was extremely good, and our family had a happy time.
It really felt so Japanese, and I was very satisfied with the hinoki bath haha.
Extremely spacious and comfortable!! The bath was really large which I loved, and the dinner menu was of higher quality and more delicious than I expected! Very satisfied.

I was worried because of negative reviews, but it was really fine.

The accommodation itself had a nice, cozy atmosphere. The TV in the room we stayed at was portable and Netflix did not auto-login.. I was glad that it showed on the large monitor in front of the bed. The bathtub was clean and I liked it. The bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed! There was an air purifier, but please clean it... It was so dusty I couldn't turn it on.
The outdoor hot springs in the Terasukusa, Yama, and Ki rooms are fully operational.
Please take note. For more details, please contact the front desk.
A 50,000 won per night [Required] surcharge applies for the use of hot water in the large bathtubs and outdoor open-air baths.
Please pay this fee on-site at check-in.
Although there were some inconveniences due to increased hot water usage during peak hours caused by the use of large bathtubs in guest rooms,
hot water is now being supplied reliably thanks to the installation of an additional 25-metric-ton hot water system.
Now, unwind from the day’s fatigue with a relaxing spa experience and a steady supply of hot water.
