I visited Busan with my family for the first time in a while... The hotel is directly adjacent to the subway station, so the location was excellent no matter where we went... (If you drive, park in the parking lot lol) BEXCO is right in front, so there were several good restaurants nearby. The room was somewhat dated, but it was clean, so I thought it would be a place I would definitely consider revisiting if I come back to Busan. During the 3 nights... However... since there are many hotels in the building... were there six?... -.- Getting an elevator when checking out was like trying to pick a star from the sky!! It was impossible, so I walked down from the 12th floor. Through that heat... There are clearly six elevators, but when one moves the others do not. What a ridiculous situation... -.- If it weren’t for the elevators, this would be a place I’d happily revisit... I felt so inconvenienced I was almost angry -.- If you can accept that, definitely revisit lol
The wallpaper is all peeled off.
It was spacious enough for three people, which I liked.
The bedding maintenance was worse than I expected... The location is in a food alley so it was good for eating. I stopped by on a business trip.
Great. It was short but I rested well.
The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and all the staff were friendly. They gave water and towels when I asked, which was convenient. Room cleaning is paid, so I stayed two nights without it, but the room condition was clean and good~~

W Residence Hotel Centum City was great. There were plenty of amenities like convenience stores, and I liked that it was located in a bustling area.
I had a great time with my family. Highly recommended.
It was really, really great. I had a good rest.

- Hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
※ Room Usage
- The orientation of the bed, view, and decor in the room may differ from the photos and are assigned randomly on the day of check-in.
- It is not permitted to occupy a room with more than the standard or maximum occupancy.
- If there are additional guests, please be sure to contact the front desk.
- Basic amenities in each room are provided for the standard number of guests.
- Additional bedding (paid service): 20,000 won

- Room cleaning service is not provided as standard.
- Cleaning for consecutive nights (paid service): 20,000 KRW (advance reservation required)
※ Policies for Minors
- Minors may stay only when accompanied by a legal guardian; unaccompanied stays or mixed-gender accommodations are not permitted.
- If necessary, we may request documents such as a family relationship certificate to verify guardianship.
- Violation of the above regulations may result in refusal of accommodation, and any fees already paid will not be refunded.

- If the parking lot is full or your vehicle does not meet the height requirements, we will direct you to a nearby parking lot.
- Cooking is permitted in all rooms except Standard and Superior rooms.
- There are no dishes or tables in Standard and Superior rooms. (Cooking not permitted.)
- Please refrain from cooking meat, fried foods, or fish in your room.
- To prevent fires, please be sure to turn off the power after using any heating appliances.
- Please note that this facility does not allow pets, so you cannot bring your pet with you.
While we strive to ensure a safe stay, please be advised that the property cannot be held liable for accidents caused by guest negligence,
and that in the event of damage to or loss of items, compensation will be claimed based on the original purchase price.
Coin-operated washers, dryers, a microwave, and an ice maker are available on the 11th floor.
