Overall it was new and clean. The location is also good.

I had a late checkout and was assigned a room at random, but the table was too small to eat at, so I asked to change rooms. The owner kindly switched us to a room with a larger table. The bedding, pillows, and mattress were comfortable, so I rested well. The surrounding infrastructure was good. Soundproofing was effective, water pressure was good, and the blackout curtains worked well. It was pleasant. This was my second visit and I don’t regret choosing this place. Highly recommend. :)

This was the best among the Brown Dot accommodations I have stayed at. There are many things to enjoy and eat nearby; almost everything is available, so I will stay here again when I visit Gangneung. I liked it very much. ^^

I had previously stayed here on a trip to Gangneung and it was a great place, so I booked again. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the accessibility was very good. If I have a reason to come back, I will stay here again.
