One vehicle can be parked per room, and due to limited parking space, additional vehicles may not be accommodated. Please check in advance.

Walk-In Special bookings arriving by car will incur an additional fee of 20,000 KRW, which may vary or entry may be denied depending on the situation at the time.

No-Show, same-day cancellations, etc., may not be eligible for refunds according to platform and company guidelines.

Check-in closes before 1:00 AM, but this may change depending on the situation.

Front desk operates from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM; 2:00 AM–6:00 AM is a break time during which contact may not be possible.

Please refrain from contacting us except for urgent matters.

● For multi-night stays, additional charges for extra persons or bedding will be added per night.

● Special offers such as Walk-In Specials and late check-ins are generally single-night stay only products, and an additional fee may apply for multi-night bookings.

● Multi-night cleaning is not performed without a separate request.

● Mixed-gender groups of 3 or more, excluding families, are not permitted according to hotel regulations.

● Bedding sets and baby bed guards are available for rent at 10,000 KRW per set.

However, due to limited quantities, customers who need them must reserve them in advance for rental availability.
