It's small but clean and the owner is friendly. There are two bottles of water in the fridge, it works well, and there is plenty of parking. There is a convenience store right in front, but it's about a 10-minute walk to go eat somewhere. It's not far, but it's kind of annoying. The water pressure is not strong, but not bad. The bedding and towels are clean.
