It was a friendly and fairly clean accommodation, but there was a drain/sewage smell in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing.
Good location, but it was very small and cramped :( Still, I stayed cheaply and had a pleasant stay.
The owner is friendly and nice The room is also clean.

The pool and barbecue are still not available. The room is clean. The basement facilities seemed to need a bit of maintenance.
The place was tidy and there were plenty of things to do, so I liked it!

The accommodation is right in front of the sea, so the view was really great. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sea outside the window was especially impressive. The room was clean and comfortable, so I had a satisfying time. First, the staff were friendly and the room was very clean. However, there were a few disappointing points. The air conditioner did not work, so I asked the front desk and they took action, but as soon as they went back it stopped working again. In the end we opened the window and decided to give up on the air conditioner even though it was hot. Another problem was that when the window was open, it was close enough to make eye contact with the neighboring guesthouse... and there was no window screen, so mosquitoes came in. Since you can sleep with the window open, I wish at least a screen had been installed. There was also quite a bit of noise between floors. I could hear the footsteps of people walking in the room directly above very clearly. It sounded like a family with children running around. It was a last-minute trip and a last-minute booking, so the air conditioner was a bit disappointing, but I still remember the friendly staff.

When making a reservation, an additional fee of 20,000 won applies for each person beyond the standard two-person occupancy,
and occupancy beyond the maximum capacity is not permitted.(For example, a room with a maximum occupancy of 2 people cannot accommodate 3 guests.)

Family rooms can only be reserved by immediate family members. (Reservations will be canceled on-site if this condition is not met.)

If you check out after the designated time, an additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged, up to a maximum of 3 hours; after that,
one night’s accommodation fee will be charged and must be paid in advance.
For additional towels and bottled water beyond the provided set, a fee of 500 won per item will be charged. (Set includes 4 small towels, 1 large towel, 1 foot towel, and 2 bottles of water—a water purifier is available on the 1st floor.)
The coin-operated karaoke room, billiards room, and table tennis room are available free of charge; closing time is 10:00 PM.
These facilities are not available to non-guests.
The front desk closes at 2:00 a.m. (Please take care of any needs in advance.)
The outdoor pool opens on July 9.
