All the staff and the front desk were friendly and nice, but there were few places nearby to go drinking, which was a bit lacking.

You can really feel from the room view that it's a five-star property! However, it's disappointing that it caters mainly to people going to play golf, and there are no restaurants nearby, so it can be inconvenient for those with children.

This was a lodging we stayed at for a family trip. Overall the facilities were not brand new and some parts felt somewhat worn, but I got the impression that everything was generally well maintained. One downside was that you have to carry your luggage from the parking lot to the accommodation. It is fine when the weather is good, but it could be inconvenient on rainy days. That was the only real drawback. Other than that, we were very satisfied overall. Food delivery to the property worked well and was convenient, and the wine collection was quite well stocked which was impressive. The food quality was good, and above all the surrounding scenery was lovely, so we felt good throughout our stay. Especially thanks to the staff's friendly service, the end of our trip felt warmer and more pleasant. Overall, it is a place we would like to visit again.

The accommodation is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are the sinking type, so even stacking two does not make them very high. Soundproofing seems poor; people on the floor above were running around until 1 a.m. and it was very noisy. There are almost no places that deliver here and there is no microwave, which is a bit inconvenient. There is no water purifier either. They said there isn't one in the lobby. Water House was adequate and good. It feels more like a hotel than a resort, but with a living room!
