Usage Guide and Precautions
1. Operating Hours
Mon-Thu: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Fri-Sun: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
2. Guardian Accompaniment Required
The Kids Lounge must always be used with a guardian.
The hotel is not responsible for accidents caused by guardian negligence.
3. Caution When Using Facilities and Items
Please use items in the lounge, such as books and tablets, with care.
Costs for repair or replacement may be charged for damaged or defaced items.
Items in the lounge are prohibited from being taken outside.
4. Safety Precautions
Door Lock Warning: The lounge door lock can close automatically, so please be careful that children do not get locked in.
Slippery Warning: The lounge floor mats can be slippery if children run, leading to falls.
Caution Regarding Disputes Among Children: Guardians should ensure that children do not engage in excessive rough play or disputes.
5. Common Usage Etiquette
Please tidy up books you have read for the next user.
Food and drinks are prohibited in the lounge.
Room photos are representative of each room type and may differ from the actual room assigned.
Pre-selection of rooms on specific floors is not possible, and requests are difficult even at check-in. We appreciate your understanding.
Specific views are not guaranteed for rooms.
Minors cannot make reservations.
This is a non-pet-friendly accommodation.
If a pet is found, forced eviction will occur and refunds will not be possible.
All areas within the building, including rooms, are non-smoking. Violations will incur a 300,000 KRW damage fee and immediate eviction, with no cancellations/refunds due to this reason.
In case of damage to or loss of items provided in the room, compensation liability will be based on the original purchase price.
Netflix can be watched in the room with a personal account.

Early check-in / late check-out not agreed upon in advance is strictly prohibited.
Outside of regulated room usage hours, maids may enter the room without permission.
Please keep this in mind and contact the front desk if you require early check-in or late check-out.

This accommodation offers free parking.
Due to insufficient parking spaces compared to the number of rooms, we recommend nearby free public parking lots.
If the parking lot is full:
1. Sokcho City Hall Public Parking Lot (24 hours free)
2. Sokcho International Cruise Port (24 hours free)
Electric vehicle chargers are currently not operational.

The place was clean and quiet, which I loved. It's an officetel-style unit, so it has an induction cooktop and a washing machine. After going to the nearby water area I could wash my swimsuit, which was great (there is also a drying function). I'll use it again next time I visit Sokcho~
Check-in and the elevator were a bit slow, but the location and parking were excellent~
Great value! Located near Jungang Market so the location is good. Nice view, clean facilities, and staff responded quickly to requests. Delivery food could be brought to the room, so it was more convenient. Above all, I liked that the lighting was bright. Most hotels have dim lighting in the evening, making it hard to read or do hobbies, but the bright lighting was wonderful. Two drawbacks: 1. The showerhead urgently needs replacement. I considered requesting it on the first day but ended up mentioning it to the front desk when checking out. I hope it will be replaced by my next visit. 2. The pillow was too high. I used a large towel instead.
Clean and the lighting was bright, which I liked. The ocean view was wonderful, the price was good, and I would revisit! Ojingeo Anjeon and Jungang Market are close, so it is also good for travelers on foot!
It was good and I enjoyed my stay. The bed was soft.
Ojingeo Anjeon and Jungang Market are both within walking distance, so accessibility is great, and the view of Sokcho Beach was wonderful♡
Overall I was very satisfied, but the shower was in poor condition, which was disappointing.
I go there every time I visit Sokcho and I love it~~
It's so clean every time I go! I was able to rest comfortably!!
Clean and there is a terrace, so I like it.
