◆ Heating and Cooling Usage Guide ◆

Notice Regarding Suspension of Cooling Service During Winter

Heating and cooling are provided via a central control system,

and cooling service will be suspended during the summer season (November 25 to March).

Cooling operations may vary depending on circumstances.

◆ Parking Information ◆

Since we do not operate our own parking lot, all vehicles must use the valet service.

Free parking is available for one vehicle per reserved room, limited to vehicles that can be parked in the automated parking garage.

(An additional fee applies for each additional vehicle; however, due to limited parking space, additional parking is not always available.)

Vehicles such as mid-size cars or larger, modified vehicles, sports cars, large SUVs, minivans, electric vehicles, and trucks are not permitted to park.

If your vehicle cannot be accommodated in the automated parking garage, please contact the hotel.

Advance parking is not permitted; parking is only available after check-in time.

(If parking is absolutely necessary, you must contact the hotel in advance to confirm availability.)

● Cancellations or refunds due to failure to review the above parking information or requests for parking that is not permitted are strictly prohibited.

● If there are no parking spaces in front of the hotel, please do not get out of your vehicle; contact the hotel instead. Illegal parking elsewhere may result in a parking ticket.

Please note that the hotel is not responsible for any parking tickets issued for illegal parking.

◆ Hotel Lhasa Guest Information ◆

If you wish to stay in a room with a bathtub, please contact our partner location after making your reservation.

All rooms are based on double occupancy; an additional charge of 10,000 won on weekdays and 20,000 won on weekends (Fri, Sat) applies for each additional guest.

Additional guests of the same gender are permitted, but mixed-gender occupancy is strictly prohibited.

Room types include 2 types of Superior rooms and 3 types of Deluxe rooms.

The room images are representative of each room type.

Even for the same room type, you may be assigned a room that differs from the photo; cancellations or refunds are not permitted for this reason.

Rooms are assigned randomly at check-in; specific room assignments are not available (you cannot select a specific room type).

Staying with three or more people of the opposite sex or with minors is prohibited. Even for same-sex groups, if such a situation is discovered at check-in, you will be immediately asked to leave and your stay will be treated as a check-out; cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited.

If you lose your key card, a replacement must be issued, so a loss fee of 30,000 won will apply.

For Superior and Deluxe rooms, the fee for each additional hour is 10,000 won; for Suite and Royal Suite rooms, the fee is 20,000 won per additional hour.

Extended stays are not permitted on weekends.

■ Standard Check-in/Check-out Times (Must Read)

Weekdays: Check-in after 10:00 PM / Check-out before 1:00 PM

Weekends: Check-in after 10:00 PM / Check-out before 12:00 PM

If you check out after the designated time, you will be automatically charged. Please check out on time.

● Please contact us in advance if you plan to check in after 5:00 AM.

● Reservations without prior notice after 5:00 AM will be treated as a NO-SHOW.

● Refunds or check-ins are absolutely not permitted in the event of a NO-SHOW.

● We do not provide a contact service.

Check-out times may vary by room type, so please be sure to check the check-in and check-out times listed in your room details.

Please note that we are not responsible for any issues arising from this.

Once again, please confirm the check-in and check-out times before checking in or out.

◆ All Rooms Are Non-Smoking ◆

Smoking in guest rooms will trigger the fire alarm.

Please smoke only in designated smoking areas.

A fine of 100,000 won will be imposed if smoking is detected.

◆ Guidelines for Bathtub Use ◆

Bubble bath products are permitted.

The use of any other bath products is prohibited.

A room cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged if any products other than bubble bath products are used.

Refunds or cancellations due to issues arising from the use of these products are not permitted, and our hotel assumes no responsibility.

◆Prohibited Party Supplies◆

The use of party supplies such as fireworks, helium balloons, and party garlands is prohibited.

If you are caught using these items, a separate charge of 100,000 won for room damage will be applied.

◆No Damage to Bedding◆

If bedding or sheets are damaged by food, bloodstains, cosmetics, or permanent stains, a laundry fee of 100,000 won will be charged.

◆Notice Regarding Lost Items and Room Damage◆

Please be advised that our hotel assumes no responsibility for lost items.

We would appreciate it if you could double-check your room upon checkout and ensure you have all your belongings before leaving.

Any items left behind will be held for one week; after that, they will be disposed of. Food items will be disposed of immediately.

In the event of damage to room property, theft, or severe soiling, failure to contact us may result in criminal prosecution.
