Our hotel is located on the 7th floor of the Yukdeoku, 7-Eleven, and Yukdaejang building.
Free parking is available inside the building. (One parking space per room)
You must settle your parking fee at the front desk upon exiting the parking lot; refunds or compensation will not be provided for unpaid parking fees.
Advance parking is not allowed, and guests arriving on foot are not eligible for parking fee settlement. (If you wish to settle the parking fee as a walk-in guest, please pay 5,000 won at the front desk.)
To prevent minors from checking in and to prevent accidents, we are verifying the identification of all guests checking in,
including accompanying adults. When making a reservation, please be sure to contact the front desk; if you do not have your ID, you may not be able to check in, and no refunds for the room charge
will be issued in such cases.
The maximum occupancy for all rooms is two guests.
The “Walk-in Special” rate is offered exclusively to guests arriving on foot and does not include parking fees. (Please inquire at the front desk regarding parking for the “Walk-in Special.”)
If you exceed the maximum occupancy without authorization, you will be asked to check out immediately, and the room charge is
non-refundable.
Please note that we are unable to provide additional bedding.
Additional discounts are available for app payments (1%), card payments (6%), and cash payments (10%). Points can be used just like cash.
Review Event: After staying or using the hourly room service, write a review and give it 5 stars, then show it to a staff member to receive a 1-hour extension on weekdays (not valid on weekends or public holidays).
Additional Fees for Consecutive Nights
The “Walking Distance Special” rate is not available for consecutive nights on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays.
No additional fees are charged for consecutive nights. Please contact the front desk if you would like your room cleaned.
10:00–22:00: Han River Ramen is available (1,000 won; card payments only)
Anti-theft systems are installed on hotel furnishings.
Any damage or vandalism—such as the use of candles, dyeing, or throwing objects—will be reported, and you will be held liable for compensation.
You may be assigned a room of the same type as shown in the photo.
Please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times to allow for room maintenance (cleaning).
Please leave your key card at the front desk when you go out to prevent theft.
Unclaimed lost items will be held for up to 4 weeks before being disposed of.
