The owner is very kind and the room is cozy and comfortable. The price is very reasonable; I happened to stay once and now stay here often.

The soundproofing is very poor, and there is a strong pungent smell from the sofa toward the bathroom.

Parking is convenient and it is quiet.

The facilities are basic, but considering the price everything is acceptable. The hot water is excellent, and although it is inconvenient because there is nothing around, it is correspondingly quiet.
