The price is reasonable and I had a great stay!
It was my first time visiting, and since it was a weekday I got a low price and had a great experience! It was clean with no odors, very satisfied!!
The facilities were good and the owner was kind, but the catch is that OTT doesn't work. :(

I use this place often and it is great. The room is clean and the owner is friendly. However, there was a slight burnt smell coming from the air conditioner in room 205. :(
I booked based on the photos, but the facilities seem a bit outdated.

Check-out until 11:00 AM (Late check-out: 10,000 KRW extra per hour)
For party rooms, early check-in and late check-out are 20,000 KRW extra per hour. Party rooms are based on 4 people, and an additional 20,000 KRW per person applies for extra guests.
As the underground parking lot is small,
we recommend using the [Geunhwa-dong 267 Free Public Parking Lot] which is a 2-minute walk away.
All rooms are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area on the 1st floor exterior.
