Had a great time with my family It's a shame we couldn't use one coupon.
I stayed in Green Building, room 508. For a low price we got four facility passes and four gondola tickets, so the three of us rode the gondola and had a great time at the waterpark and kids cafe~ The Green facilities were reasonably clean and comfortable~ I want to go again!
Overall it's good. But at breakfast time they were emptying the septic tank and had to run that thick hose from the lodging area to the hotel dining area. The water play area is appropriate and good for young children. The waterpark restaurant felt a bit lackluster.
The waterpark's action and thrills didn't appeal to a middle school boy. Maybe because it's the off-season, many slides weren't running, so he only played in the wave pool. Don't expect much from the food inside the waterpark. The tteokbokki came out cold and it was hard to eat. The accommodation was acceptable overall.
I went again after a month because of a special deal~ The special price was amazing, breakfast included^^ I came on a weekday trip because I wanted to walk Seonjaryeong~ It felt like a thousand group guests showed up, haha I was shocked. There was no major inconvenience using the facilities. It was a 40-pyeong suite, haha very big and I liked it. The view was the ski resort from the 23rd floor, wow, it was so nice~~ But the soundproofing is serious ㅠㅠ The hallway is one thing, but kids in the next room were apparently jumping on the bed or whatever from 9 until after 10 and it was a mess — really annoying ㅠㅠ serious soundproofing problem ㅠㅠ We ate breakfast early and went to the Donghae Lavender Festival.
I played in the water with my baby and we had a blast!!
I use Phoenix Park every time I travel to Pyeongchang~ It's close to Myeonon IC, so the location is convenient. It seems like the perfect accommodation for a family trip in the fresh air of Pyeongchang. Maybe because we've been coming since the kids were little, it's a place full of memories~ The parking is very, very spacious both above ground and underground, so it's the best!!
It was a very clean and comfortable accommodation — I liked it a lot~
It was convenient for a family of four, and the water park was great for the kids. We enjoyed the Imagination Playground, the water park, and the gondola. You can order food delivery nearby, so you can eat inside the resort, but being able to eat in the room was also nice. The kids played surprisingly well at the Imagination Playground, so during our two nights and three days we didn't go out and fully enjoyed the resort. Coffee and bread were 👍 The night bread is delicious!
It was decent for the price, but water dripping in the underground parking and some maintenance seems necessary.
