Guro Cullinan Hotel

I used it for the first time and had no major problems.

The facilities are top-notch, it's incredible. The computer was a bit disappointing! Other than that, the view was amazing, the facilities were awesome, and the bathroom was fantastic.

I had a good rest in a very clean place.

I didn't expect a 4 or 5 star, so I assumed basics would be covered, but there was no OTT service so it was a bit boring... Overall just okay... Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste or plan to buy them when you come. What upset me was at checkout when I returned the room key and greeted them, they didn't even look at me and gave no response. What is that... I don't want to go again. I think basic courtesy is natural; I'm not asking for special treatment, but a service business that won't even greet customers needs proper staff training or those staff should quit.

I liked it, but it's expensive lol
