The facilities are good, and it is very convenient to reach by car from Seoul.

When I mentioned my complaints last time, the manager handled them well, explained a reasonable reason, repeatedly apologized, and even upgraded the room, so I stayed gratefully this time~!! ^^

The visible areas were kept fairly clean, but the corner with appliances had a lot of dust. I thought it was an air purifier, but it was a humidifier and it was full of water so an alarm sounded loudly and guests had to empty the water themselves~ They should check this during cleaning~~~ The barbecue restaurant I wanted to go to was a 5-minute walk away, so after parking I went there comfortably.

The accommodation was modern, neat, spacious, and clean, and I liked that the sauna could be used privately. However, because the room was in the basement it was quite humid and there was a sewage smell, so guests who are sensitive to odors should take note.

I had a deep rest in the fresh interior atmosphere. Overall, I am satisfied.

Ive used this place more than five times now. The facilities are fine and everything else is good, but last time while I was sleeping a staff member tried to come into my room, so I filed a complaint. The manager came, apologized, and said they would note it and upgrade my room the next time I stayed. Since then Ive used the hotel two more times and mentioned it each visit. The first time they said it couldnt be done because I told them on the day of arrival. The second time they said they had not been informed, that they would ask the manager and let me know. After that the second staff member never contacted me, and they said maybe theyd upgrade me on a weekday. As a regular customer who comes every weekend, they should know me by name and pay more attention. Im not asking for anything extra—this was something they promised. Every staff member says something different on the phone, and the manager who apologized did not pass the message along. It felt like they just apologized to move on. They never said theyd definitely do it on a weekday either. Its obvious I visit mostly on weekends. Leaving a negative review makes me uncomfortable as both the writer and the reader, but Im very disappointed.
