This involves recording your credit card information at check-in; if you do not have a credit card, you may substitute it with 300,000 won in cash. (If you leave a cash deposit, it will be refunded after your room is inspected at checkout.)

Amanti Hotel Seoul’s Age Policy: Mixed-gender stays are permitted for guests who have passed their 20th birthday according to the Korean age system (i.e., those who are 19 years old).

Minors who are still teenagers (until December 31 of the year they turn 18) may stay only when accompanied by a legal guardian.

Minors under 18 who are not considered adolescents (from January 1 of the year they turn 19—i.e., the year they turn 20 according to the Korean age system—until the day before their 19th birthday) may stay alone or or with a same-sex companion.

Heating and air conditioning are controlled by a central system, with air conditioning available in summer and heating in winter, depending on the season. In the room, you can only turn the heating/cooling system ON/OFF.

Effective March 29, 2024, in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources, disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and razors are not provided free of charge in guest rooms. These items can be purchased separately at the front desk.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion are provided in large-capacity dispensers in the rooms.
