Cancellations/refunds for entry refusal due to underage cohabitation bookings are not possible.

Even for special rooms with a maximum occupancy of 2 or more, mixed groups of 3 or more (excluding family units) are not permitted.

Please note that this property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine and incidental costs related to odor removal may be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events and fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks is prohibited. Guests may be held liable for damage and fire in case of use.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video shooting, please inquire in advance.

An additional charge of 30,000 KRW will apply for multi-night stays on the day before a public holiday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

After check-in, when going out, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged if the card key is lost.

Excessive noise caused by activities such as drinking or loud singing may result in eviction, and refunds are not possible.

Criminal charges may apply in cases of damage to or theft of room items.

OTT services such as Netflix can be used for free with your own account.
