I stayed during a business trip. Parking was convenient, and I liked that there was a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There was also a microwave, so I was able to rest well.

- While we strive to ensure a safe stay, please be advised that the property cannot be held liable for accidents caused by guest negligence, and guests will be charged the original purchase price for any damaged or lost items.

- All areas within the building, including the outdoor balcony, are non-smoking zones. Smoking will result in a penalty of 150,000 won or the inability to make future reservations at any of our locations.

- Guests who cause harm to others or engage in threatening behavior will be subject to immediate eviction.

- If a room is left in poor condition due to guest use after check-out, special cleaning fees may be charged.
