I stayed one night in Busan for a hospital appointment. My schedule was long so I was tired, but the room was quiet and clean so I rested comfortably. The staff were friendly and overall it was a satisfying stay.

I wandered around Seomyeon and other places and got back late, so it was great to shower and relax~! The room was larger than I expected and I stayed comfortably~~

I saw the room photos and thought the place would be high quality, but it was not that great. There is a strong smell coming from the air conditioner, so it would be good to clean the filter.

I use this place every time I go to Busan. The bedding is clean, there is no bad odor, and the soundproofing is pretty decent, but the shower head is a bit of a problem: the water pressure is extremely strong so the holder keeps slipping and turning. The service is good and all the staff are kind, so I always stay here. I contacted them three times about a Netflix issue and they were all very kind in responding. They always ask first if you need anything else, and when I left a bag behind they sent it cash on delivery. You can adjust the shower pressure yourself. For those who find the ondol floor too hot in winter, there is a boiler control under the desk or in a corner, so I recommend adjusting it and using that.

My parents had errands in Busan so I booked for them, and they said they were satisfied. The room was clean and quiet so they were able to rest comfortably. The location was fine and the price was reasonable, so they said they'd like to use it again next time they come to Busan. I felt proud since my parents were pleased.
