The condition of the accommodation was excellent, and I felt as comfortable as I do at home.
First of all, thank you for your consideration, owner. This was my first visit to Daejeon for a business trip, and I had to choose accommodation in a hurry, so I picked this place. Each unit is spaced apart, so it felt like a private lodging. As soon as I put on the provided slippers and went in, it felt bright and like my own home. The space was pleasant and clean, so I felt I made a good choice. I enjoyed the welcome cookie with some coffee. I had to call due to unavoidable circumstances, and you understood my situation and were accommodating, which allowed me to leave with good memories of Daejeon. If I visit Daejeon again and need a place to stay, I will rebook.
It was nice to be able to chat with friends and have a simple glass of wine.

The interior was clean and it was a space suitable for a two-night stay. The location was good, with nearby walking areas and delicious restaurants. I will use it again when I go to Daejeon.

There are no photos, but the room was very clean. It is a 5-person room and it was nice that everyone could rest on a bed. 2 queen beds and 1 single~ Since it is a residence, it seems to have everything like a washer, dryer, and coffee machine. I didn't use them, but they probably would have been good. I am extremely satisfied. If I travel to Daejeon again, I want to stay here again~♡
The three of us went on a trip and the place was very comfortable and clean. We all liked it a lot! We enjoyed the welcome cookies, and they provided two towels per person so we had more than enough. There are two bathrooms so there was no waiting, which was great. The bathroom products smelled nice and were fairly high quality! There is a washer and dryer inside so you can do laundry. They also allowed luggage storage before check-in. Communication was very friendly. If I had to mention downsides, the blackout curtains are only in the living room and the room with the bathroom. It would be nice if blackout curtains were installed in the other rooms too. The people who slept in rooms without blackout curtains used the blinds, but the sunrise light came in directly and they said they had trouble sleeping. Also, the living room window sill is very dirty... I opened it to ventilate but closed it because it seemed like I would end up breathing in all the dust on the sill. It may be out of sight, but it looks like it needs cleaning. And one block further is an entertainment district, so it seemed a bit unsafe at night. Still, we stayed in for the night and had fun, so it was fine~! Oh, and there is no bathtub. We made great memories, thank you!
The place is new and clean, and Netflix was already logged in so we enjoyed movies on the big screen. The host communicated well and was very kind. I lost my earphones, and they actively helped look for them, which I really appreciated. I would like to use this place again.

[Additional Bedding] Each set of additional bedding (super single-size floor mat, comforter, and one pillow) costs 20,000 won and can be requested up until the day before check-in.
Please check the bedding provided, and if you need additional bedding, please let us know by the day before check-in.
[Early Check-in, Late Check-out] There is a fee of 10,000 won per hour. Please contact us in advance, as these may not be available depending on the situation on the day of your stay.
[Living Room] There is a table, a sofa, and a 55–70-inch Samsung Smart TV. (Free Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services available)
[Kitchen] A microwave, water purifier, refrigerator, and coffee maker are provided, and coffee capsules are supplied according to the number of guests. Cooking utensils and seasonings for simple meals are also provided (2 pots, 1 frying pan, salt, sugar, oil, pepper, soy sauce). With rice bowls, soup bowls, plates, wine glasses, mugs, and soju glasses available, it’s a great place to enjoy dinner.
Note: For the “Sunshine Set,” two 2-liter bottles of bottled water are provided instead of a water purifier.
[3 Bedrooms] The room is equipped with 3 queen-size beds or 2 queen-size beds and 1 super single bed. (Excluding the Chanyun Set, Chanyun Net, Hatsal Set, Byeolha Hana, and Ilgwang Net)
We also provide high-density cotton bedding sets used in hotels.
- Chanyun Set (2 queen-size beds, 1 super single bed, 3 single-size floor bedding sets) (Guests who booked a 5-person room will be provided with beds only.)
- Chanyun 4 (2 queen-size beds, 1 super single bed, 3 single-size floor bedding sets) (Guests who booked a 5-person room will be provided with beds only.)
- Hatsal Set (5 queen-size floor bedding sets)
- Byeolha Hana (1 queen-size bed, 1 single-size floor bedding set)
- Ilgwang Net (1 queen-size bed, 1 super single bed, 3 single-size floor bedding sets)
[2 Bathrooms] Towels (2 per person), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and 2 hair dryers are provided.
Up to two vehicles can be parked when using the automated parking garage.
Vehicles eligible for the automated parking garage (Length: 5,205 mm, Height: 1,850 mm, Width: 2,100 mm, Weight: 2,200 kg or less; electric vehicles not permitted)
Mechanical Parking Garage Hours: Weekdays (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–11:00 PM); Weekends (Sat–Sun, 6:00 AM–12:00 AM)
The first floor of the building is primarily reserved for vehicles that cannot be parked in the mechanical parking garage, and space is limited. If the first floor is full, parking is not available.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.
