Jeju Areumdaun Resort

The room is spacious and fine, but the noise between floors is way too bad.

During my two-night stay there were loud sounds of things rolling around day and night for both days. When I asked about it, they said other rooms were the same. I told them they should at least find the cause, and the staff replied that the hotel and the guests just don't match, basically suggesting I shouldn't come back. I come to Jeju more than twice a year and always use this place, so I am very disappointed this time.
