Busan Seomyeon Hotel Mini

It was a 15-minute walk from Seomyeon Station and the entertainment district, so I appreciated that the area wasn’t noisy. However, there were many disappointing points, so I don’t plan to return. First, it’s an old building without an elevator and feels more like a motel than a hotel. During our stay the TV didn’t work, so we inquired, and the person in charge said they had just taken over and didn’t know much, telling younger staff to figure it out themselves, which was awkward. In the end my friend and I figured out the problem together. Also, during our three-night stay the room was not cleaned; only the towels were replaced. The owner called to say they had come to clean and asked if we had dyed our hair because there was a lot of hair on the floor, which was the most absurd question I’ve ever been asked while traveling.

The cleanliness was great and the lighting was soft, so it felt very cozy! It was perfect for one night. However, there was a bit of a bad smell coming from the bathroom, so I kept the door closed the whole time. It seems ideal for a quick overnight stay. Overall, I was satisfied.

I booked in a hurry, but compared to other places it was cozier and cleaner and felt like a studio, so I was able to relax more comfortably!!

For two people as a couple it is excellent. In terms of value for money, it might be the very best. That does not mean the facilities are shabby. All amenities are provided free, and there is no extra charge for consecutive nights, which seems to be the best advantage. It is near Seomyeon Station, so using public transportation is easy. Also, the staff were extremely kind, which I loved 😭😭😭😭. I will use this place again if I plan another trip to Busan.
