The view is truly amazing. Honestly, the view alone makes me forget all the flaws.

Everything else is good, but the elevator is a complete nightmare. It needs improvement. Cleaning is also insufficient... They only clean what is visible, and the balsam flower dye stains are very bad.

The interior of the accommodation and the location were good, but parking congestion and difficulty getting on the elevators were major drawbacks.

<Review about unassigned reserved room/room security/response> This review is written for public interest. I will only describe what happened, so those planning to book can refer to it. ☑️Summary * Reserved room not provided * Assigned a room cheaper than the one booked based on selling price * Room door was open before check-in * Room door did not close properly * Unconvincing explanations during the problem investigation ☑️Check-in I was assigned a different room (double twin) because the room I had reserved (queen cruise) was not available. Later I checked and found the assigned room was 45,000 KRW cheaper than the reserved room based on that day's selling price. There was no apology or explanation during this process, and the staff acted as if this was normal, which was embarrassing. Since it was the travel day, I accepted it and checked in. ☑️Room security When I arrived at the room it was open even though I had not checked in yet. The door also would not close properly, leaving a gap and failing to lock. (Later I discovered that the door would only close if slammed with force so it made a banging sound.) ☑️Response While repeatedly requesting inspection of the door, staff did not explain how to close it. A manager-level employee suggested, in effect, that because I had seen the door open, my brain might be perceiving it that way. (This explanation for the cause of the problem was hard to accept.) When I complained on site about that comment, they apologized, but their overall handling did not change significantly. Also, on the first request for confirmation they told me, "Room changes are only possible to single-bed rooms." There was no apology or explanation about differences between rooms during that process either. ☑️Closing The ocean view was very nice and I originally did not plan to leave a review. However, I decided to write this because I think other guests should know these things when booking. I hope this is helpful to those considering a reservation.

It was great. The location and the view were both excellent.

There were quite a few Chinese guests, but the sea view was amazing and the interior was very clean, so I loved it!

One of our group had a birthday~ There are many good restaurants nearby and the sea view was wonderful. We stayed for multiple nights and had a great time. The staff were very kind—thank you.

The facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly They upgraded our room, so we were able to rest well thanks to that.
