The accommodation is really great. I stay here every business trip; the view is nice, parking is convenient, and it's better than home. It's also very comfortable for working. I wish I could come for leisure.

Usage Guide

Notice

1. Hours: 09:00 – 22:00 (Front desk closes at 22:00)

2. Front Desk Location: 1st floor, Commercial Building, Building 104 (Green sign to the left of the back gate parking entrance)

3. Front Desk Contact: 051-722-0015 (09:00 – 22:00)

4. Before check-out, please organize trash and wash dishes in the utility room.

5. Food waste must be disposed of in the separate collection area.

6. Separate Collection Area Location: 1st floor outdoor (2 locations: between Buildings 101 & 102, and between Buildings 103 & 104)

7. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms (including balconies). (Violation will result in forced eviction and a 150,000 KRW room cleaning fee.)

8. Pets are not allowed.

9. Costs will be charged for damage or loss of appliances, furniture, and other items in the room.

10. The images in the post are representative photos and may differ from the actual room assigned.

Check-in Guide

Check-in is possible by receiving a text message without visiting the front desk.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-in guidance messages will be sent sequentially starting 10 minutes before check-in time.

★If you have not received a text message by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in, please contact the accommodation immediately.

There are cases where guidance messages cannot be sent because the accommodation does not have your contact information.

If you do not receive a text message, please contact the accommodation before the front desk closes (10:00 PM); refunds are not possible for this reason. (No-Show processing)

Parking Information

Parking registration is available until 10:00 PM on the day of check-in. (No refunds if charges incur due to unregistered parking).

Upon registration, one vehicle per room is free; additional vehicles incur a charge. (Maximum 5,000 KRW per day for registered guests / 30,000 KRW for standard rate).

You can park in the underground parking (B1–B2) near the building you are assigned to.

All vehicle types with a height of 2.3m or less can park.

Amenities and Room Cleaning Guide

Disposable items not provided: As part of environmental protection efforts, disposable items are not provided, and bathroom amenities are provided in large dispensers.

★Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste must be brought by guests.

★Water bottles are not provided due to the installation of a water purifier.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash (liquid) / No bar soap provided

Face towels are set according to the standard occupancy (additional towels 1,000 KRW each) / Additional provision upon request for multi-night guests (free)

Room cleaning for multi-night stays: Provided once every 4 nights upon guest request, free of charge.

Other requests incur a separate charge (40,000 KRW per instance) and require prior inquiry with the front desk if needed (T. 051-722-0015)
