They're friendly, and every time I go I relax and have a great time before leaving! I feel like I visit whenever I have free time, almost every time, lol

I used to visit so often that this was my go-to place~ The owner, the owner’s wife, and the manager are all very kind, and the food is always fully restocked when it runs out. There’s rice, bread, snacks—each time it feels like they've upgraded something?? Hehe I love it so much ❤️ My computer wasn’t working, and when I mentioned it the manager kindly changed our room, so we were very comfortable and had a great time!! But this time something made me uneasy: I went downstairs before 9 AM to eat ramen and came back up, and although all our luggage was there, the door was wide open; I was like, what?? Then a staff member came and asked, “Is this your room?” and took out the backup key and left; there was still time left on our booking and our stuff was there, so the fact that they opened the door with the backup key made me feel bad. Also, when I opened the kimchi to eat with the ramen, it had gone bad—smelled off and was moldy—so we had to throw it all away ㅠㅠ Hmm... I’ve always had such pleasant visits, but this time was a bit disappointing ㅠㅠ Of course the kimchi is provided for free, but spoiled, moldy food is a problem... ㅠㅠㅠ The staff’s actions were also hard to understand ㅠㅠ Anyway, everything else is great, really ❤️
The room was very clean, and the view and the air were great. We played games, sang songs, and played pool — it was really fun and we rested comfortably.
The staff are super friendly and the room condition is good! I was worried about karaoke soundproofing but it's much better than I expected haha. They even have ramen and red bean shaved ice!!!
The service was excellent and the staff who helped us were so kind, so we had a great time!!
I visited during a business trip and was able to rest comfortably.
