After booking the accommodation, I received a KakaoTalk message on the check-in day with the room number. (Mobile check-in) I was assigned a 7th floor room and was very disappointed, and I got more upset during a phone call.. When I paid, that room had already been paid for. If so, I would not have booked that room. I wanted a higher floor view. I did not ask for many floors up, but I hoped to see the sea; instead it was a view of Busan Port..ㅠㅠ If you are going to pay, please check first which room number you are booking. I think the building was Marina7? There are several residence operators in that building. I used a different operator, so I would consider staying there again. The location and building are nice and the parking is spacious, but I will not book with this operator again. The place with in-person check-in takes a card, but here you have to use a QR code, which I found inconvenient. You have to enter a password at the entrance each time and take out your phone to type it. I found it inconvenient, and I think it might be a bit troublesome for elderly guests as well.

Overall I am very satisfied. It was clean and tidy. Kitchen utensils were well prepared. Heating and air conditioning worked well. There were plenty of towels. The view from the 56th floor is amazing. The night view after turning off the lights is also nice. My wife was even more satisfied than I was.
