We request that all guests present valid identification. Please understand that access may be restricted if you refuse to present identification, in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act.

Cancellations or refunds cannot be issued for denied check-ins resulting from reservations made by minors sharing a room.

Even in special rooms with a maximum occupancy of two or more people, mixed-gender groups of three or more (other than families) are not permitted.

Please note that this facility is a smoke-free building; if you are caught smoking indoors, you may be charged a fine and additional costs in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

A designated smoking area is provided outside the building.

Compensation may be required for excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, or furniture. The use of tape for events, as well as fire hazards such as fireworks and pyrotechnics, is prohibited; you may be charged for any resulting damage or fire-related costs.

Guest rooms may not be used for purposes other than lodging; please inquire in advance if you wish to film for commercial purposes.

Pursuant to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, we assume no liability for cash or other valuables.

Please be sure to return your key card; you will be charged if it is lost.

Excessive noise caused by drinking, loud talking, or similar behavior may result in eviction, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

As part of your cave experience, feel free to light the lantern next to the kiosk on the first floor and place it on the lantern stand provided in your room to use as a lamp.(The lantern’s color changes each time you touch it.
