!!!Please read!!! This is an accommodation I never want to visit again. Front desk response/check-in: Throughout the check-in the staff spoke in a tone mixed with irritation, and they even asked me to speak more nicely, which was embarrassing. They shouted and acted aggressively; I don’t understand why they would be angry or annoyed when they only needed to confirm my name and that I was an adult. 1. Excessive interference They kept asking where I was going and what I was doing, which made me feel monitored in every move and made it hard to stay comfortably. 2. Unpleasant cleanliness There were foreign substances that looked like hair and boogers on towels and bedding I did not even use. Basic hygiene management was lacking. 3. No amenities The only usable facility was basically a microwave. There were no common conveniences like a beverage bar or complimentary bottled water that you often see at other accommodations. When I asked for extra bottled water, I was told to go out and buy it myself, lol. The hallway refrigerator and freezer were full of personal food, and the corridor smelled of kimchi and other foods, like a rural farmhouse. 4. Surveillance of facility use Even when I tried to use the microwave, the staff gave me looks, so it was difficult to use it comfortably. It seemed like they had placed it there for their own meals. Service, cleanliness, and comfort all failed to meet expectations. I usually avoid writing reviews, but this is serious.

I had a comfortable rest!

I wasn't going to write a review but I am — for those who plan to go, please note It's supposed to be a suite but it doesn't feel like one Also, checkout time hadn't arrived yet, so why did someone open the door and look inside? I was going to wash so I wasn't dressed and had the bathroom and door open, and they opened the room door and looked around — seriously? I went to the counter and asked why they opened the door, and they said a staff member must have opened it to check if I had left, but guests return the key to the counter when they leave, so they could have just checked whether the key was returned. More importantly, checkout time hadn't arrived yet — how is that acceptable? When I called again they said, "They must have gone in because the time was almost up~" but the time had not come, and they still didn't apologize then. When I asked them to apologize they said, "Sorry~" which was really absurd A guest is not necessarily king, but they're not your friend either, right? Also that day someone at the counter was arguing with another guest, and even though my room was inside, their voices were very loud so it was really noisy. I will never go again
