If you contact us before arrival, we will register your vehicle for the outdoor parking lot; it is more convenient to park there after registration and then come to the hotel.

Be sure to request a parking coupon at check-in.

Park in the off-site lot if the on-site lot is full.

If both the on-site and off-site lots are full, vehicle access is not permitted.

Rooms with “Walking Special” rates are accessible on foot only; parking is not available. (Parking fee: 10,000 KRW, VAT excluded)

If using the off-site parking lot, you must obtain parking instructions.

To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we conduct daily sanitization and disinfection.

We are disinfecting all areas—including the front desk, elevators, hallways, and guest rooms—and will always provide you with clean guest rooms.

Serving Hours: 7:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m. (Please arrive with plenty of time to spare, as service ends at 9:00 a.m.)

Breakfast is not served on Mondays, national holidays, the day following a national holiday, or the day following a long weekend.

Breakfast service may be unavailable in the event of extreme weather conditions—such as heavy snow, torrential rain, or typhoons—that make early morning commutes difficult.

Regarding Room Categories (e.g., bathtub, Styler, massage chair, etc.)

Rooms may differ from the images shown above, and some room categories have two or more types available.

If you prefer a specific type shown in the images above or a specific type within a given category, please let us know at the time of booking or check-in, and we will accommodate your request if possible.

A 20,000 KRW consecutive night stay fee applies (VAT not included).

Shared occupancy with more than two people who are not family members is not permitted.

The karaoke room in the suite is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

OTT Services

Netflix, Disney+, and TVING are available, though access may be restricted in some rooms. If you wish to use OTT services, please let us know when making your reservation or at check-in.

These requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability may vary depending on circumstances. It is best to request them as early as possible.

Free services such as parking and OTT may not be available depending on circumstances.

No refunds, cancellations, or compensation will be provided if free services are unavailable.

The property operates on an unstaffed system from midnight to 9:00 AM.

If you plan to check in late, please contact us in advance.

In the event of persistent complaints regarding noise or loud voices within the guest room that infringe upon other guests’ right to peace and quiet or interfere with business operations,

or in the event of loud voices, profanity, or disturbances caused by violations of our facility’s rules, unreasonable demands, or persistent demands that cannot be met, or in the event of threatening words or actions within the facility,

you will be asked to check out without a refund. Please be advised that if you cause a disturbance for an extended period, you will be held liable for the business’s financial losses and agree to compensate the business by making this reservation.

By making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms; please book carefully.

Moving furniture within the room may cause damage, and you will be charged for any damage incurred.

If you wish to stay for multiple nights, you must book a consecutive-night stay. Please note that checking in and out for each night separately will require an additional fee, so please be careful when making your reservation.

You may not bring electric mobility devices such as bicycles, electric kick scooters, or electric scooters into your room.

Additionally, when charging electric devices, please inquire at the front desk to confirm availability and pay any applicable charging fees.

If problems arise due to system overload caused by unauthorized use—such as issues with the room management system—you will be fully responsible for all repair costs and any losses incurred from the room being unavailable for sale during repairs.

Penalty Notice for Smoking in Guest Rooms

A fee of 120,000 won will be charged for smoking (to cover odor removal and the cost of the room being unavailable for sale).

Smoke detectors will be triggered by smoke. If a smoke detector is activated due to smoking, an automatic direct report will be sent to the fire department, and you will be fully liable for any resulting operational costs, such as refunds.

If a fire alarm sounds due to smoking, please contact the front desk immediately. Fire detectors are single-use devices,

and you will be charged for the cost of reinstallation if a fire detector is triggered by smoking.

If you wish to smoke, please use the terrace in terrace rooms; for rooms without a terrace, please smoke outside the building.

When using pet-friendly rooms, you must keep your dog on a leash and hold it in your arms at all times while inside the hotel; you must not leave your dog alone in the room.

In the event of damage, such as marking or scratching facilities, you will be charged the actual cost of repairs plus compensation for lost revenue during the repair period.

Dogs are not allowed in the bathtub. If dog hair gets into the bathtub, a cleaning fee of 150,000 won or repair costs will be charged.

If a guest with a dog books a room other than a pet-friendly room, or if a guest books both a pet-friendly room and a standard room but brings the dog into the standard room, a pet cleaning fee of 30,000 won will be charged, and an additional room fee for the following day will apply due to the need for ventilation and the room being unavailable for sale.

Additional pet fee: 20,000 won per pet

Violation of the pet room rules will result in immediate checkout without a refund.

You cannot exceed the room’s occupancy limit, but you may add guests within that limit. If your party includes two or more people, please contact the front desk when making your reservation.^^

This helps prevent situations where you cannot add guests due to a reservation that does not allow for additional guests or does not allow for the necessary number of guests^^

Please be aware that unauthorized check-in without adding guests will result in immediate check-out, and we appreciate your understanding.

Refunds will not be issued for check-outs resulting from unauthorized check-in, as this constitutes a violation of our terms and conditions.

We are committed to ensuring your safety and providing a comfortable and pleasant space, so please be sure to comply with these rules for your own safety and a comfortable stay.

If you wish to have a visitor for a short time, please request permission at the front desk. Visits are limited to 30 minutes or less and must end by 9:00 PM.

Visitors are not permitted to enter the room to eat or dine; visits are limited to brief social interactions only.

Additional guest fee: 20,000 KRW per person (bedding not included)

The additional guest fee is waived for children 12 months of age or younger upon presentation of valid proof of age (bedding not included).

Resale of reserved rooms is prohibited, and if resold, use will be denied.

Resale of rooms by the booking customer is not allowed.

In case of loss due to violation of rules, disturbance, or room damage by the resale buyer, all responsibility lies with the original booker. If resale is detected, no refund will be issued, and entry will be denied.

By violating the above terms, you agree to be held civilly and criminally responsible for using "Ilbeonji" and agree not to raise any objections.

This will be considered a pledge, and no refunds or cancellations are possible.
