✔Facility Use Guide (1)

1. No additional guests are allowed beyond the maximum occupancy.

2. An additional charge will be incurred for exceeding the standard number of guests.

Ages 7 and up (elementary school students) to adults: 30,000 KRW per night

Ages 24 months to under 7 (infants): 20,000 KRW per night

Under 24 months: Free

3. Minors are not allowed to use the facilities without prior consent or accompaniment from a guardian.

4. Pets are not allowed.

5. In case of damage to facilities, you must compensate at the 'purchase price' of the damaged item.

6. The entire facility (indoor/outdoor) is a strict non-smoking area.

7. The bringing in and use of flammable materials (fireworks, firecrackers, gas stoves, mosquito coils, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the room. In case of fire caused by flammable materials, the user is solely responsible for all damages and compensation.

8. Excessive drinking or noise causing disturbances to other rooms may result in strict restrictions on room usage.

9. When using the indoor hinoki tub, please be careful of water overflowing. In case of an accident due to overflowing water, the user is solely responsible for all damages and compensation.

10. When using the jacuzzi or hinoki tub, the use of personal bath additives and oil products is strictly prohibited. The hinoki tub must be used as is, in its original state. In case of discoloration or drain blockage accidents due to bath additives, the user is solely responsible for all damages and compensation.

11. A large screen and beam projector are available, and only mobile devices that support LTE can be used after mirroring.

12. Cooking with strong odors (fish, meat) is prohibited in the room.

13. When using the rooftop and terrace, please be careful of falls, and pay special attention when accompanied by infants and children.

14. Please make sure to turn off the air conditioner, boiler, and lights when going out.

15. After using the room and checking out, please make sure to meticulously separate and dispose of waste for a beautiful departure.

Jeju One Fine Day Pool Villa & Ryokan implements its refund policy based on the regulations of the Consumer Protection Agency.

In case of flight cancellations (on the day of use) due to bad weather, a confirmation or certificate must be submitted.

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on 2 people. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests is required.
