Room 504 had no hot water, so I bathed with cold water. Please inspect it. The bathroom exhaust fan is dirty, so please clean it.

The hotel is quite old. There is also a smell in the lobby... With the unmanned check-in system... it was hard to see any staff... The room is spacious and warm and the TV works well. Hot water takes quite a while to come out. The free horseback riding experience was the best. The staff were so kind, it was touching.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Guests will be asked to vacate immediately if the room's maximum occupancy is exceeded without prior agreement. Restaurant operating within the resort (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM) [Kitchen closes at 8:30 PM] 10% discount on total amount for dinner guests who make advance reservations.
