Cancellations/refunds due to refusal of entry for unaccompanied minors are not possible.

Even for special rooms with a maximum occupancy of 2 people or more, mixed groups of 3 or more people (excluding families) are not permitted.

This affiliated property is a non-smoking building. Please note that if indoor smoking is detected, a fine and ancillary costs related to odor removal may be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events and fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks are prohibited. In case of damage or fire after use, liability for compensation may be claimed.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video shoots, please inquire in advance.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be kept at the front desk. The affiliated hotel is not responsible for cash or other valuables not kept at the front desk.

When leaving the room after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged for lost card keys.

Excessive noise caused by actions such as drinking or loud singing may result in eviction, and refunds are not possible.

Damage or theft of room items may result in criminal charges depending on the case.

OTT services such as Netflix can be used for free with your own account.

Reusable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.
