Additional guest fees are not included in the room rate; please pay at the front desk upon check-in.
The indoor pool is available by individual reservation.
Use of all pool facilities is restricted for guests with excessive tattoos.
Pets are not allowed; only service dogs wearing an identification tag are permitted.
According to our lost and found policy, food items are not held if found; general items and valuables are kept at the Inspire Hotel for 30 days before being transferred to the police station.

A maximum of 3 adults per room is allowed, with a total of up to 4 guests (including adults and children). (Additional fees apply for 3 or more adults; 4 adults are not permitted.)
Suites: 2 adults / Maximum of 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child (additional occupancy fees apply)
For each additional guest beyond the standard occupancy, a fee of 22,000 won per night applies to adults (ages 13 and older).
A fee of 55,000 won applies for an extra bed. (Not available in twin rooms; available in select double rooms only.)
The above amounts include tax and must be paid on-site.
All additional fees are charged per night.
Due to safety concerns and other reasons, we have established a policy prohibiting minors from staying at our hotel.
Hours of Operation
Part 1: 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Shift 2: Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Saturday–Sunday and Public Holidays (including substitute holidays) 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Prices are scheduled to increase starting July 17, 2026. Therefore, the rates for additional guests in rooms with check-in dates on July 15 (based on a 2-night stay) or July 16 will change as follows:
- Breakfast Session 1
Adult: 70,000 KRW / Child: 35,000 KRW
- Breakfast (2nd seating)
Adult: 85,000 KRW / Child: 42,500 KRW
Access is granted after your reservation is verified at the reception desk.
Free use of the water slides, lockers, and shower facilities is included.
Children aged 48 months or older are not permitted to enter the locker room with a guardian of the opposite sex.
You must return your locker key upon exiting Splash Bay; a fee of 30,000 won will be charged for lost keys.
Life jackets, sunbeds, daybeds, cabanas, and pool towels are available for rent at the rental shop for a fee.
Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent.
Children under 130 cm in height must wear a life jacket and are not permitted to use arm floats alone.
Only rubber-soled footwear (Crocs, slippers, aqua shoes) is permitted.
The Kids Twister and Water Playground are available only to children who are 135 cm or shorter and at least 24 months old.
Tube-style vests, arm floats, neck floats, and walker floats (diameter 100 cm or less) are permitted.
Beach balls, water guns, flippers, snorkels, kickboards, and mask hoses are not permitted.
Operations may be restricted or operating hours may change depending on resort conditions.

All guests must leave at the end of operating hours, regardless of any remaining time on their admission passes.
If you wish to visit between July 17 and August 17, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, you must purchase an Evening ticket.

I went at a good price including breakfast. The room was very clean and pretty, and the staff were friendly. It was great.
I rested comfortably.
I stayed at Inspire because of an idol concert. The Ocean Tower check-in receptionist, Ms. Jorina, was so kind and welcoming, and because it was my first visit to Inspire she even upgraded our room so we would have a good memory! Thanks to her, I had a wonderful day and the hotel left an impression that makes me want to visit every vacation.
The resort is huge and there were so many sights and activities.
The facilities are great and it is very convenient, so I like it.

The weather wasn't good, but there were plenty of indoor activities so we had a great time.
Both the kids and adults were very satisfied with Splash Bay, and there were many shops in the mall so we loved it. We definitely intend to visit again!!!
Both the facilities and the meals are excellent. It will be a vacation you won't regret.
