This is my first time booking a 4-star hotel alone, and everything was great. The front desk staff were kind and they upgraded my room, so I had a comfortable stay. The sofa was damp and smelled, so I took off one star :( Other than that, everything was good. I ordered room service pasta and now I know why it was expensive. It was my first meal and I was very hungry, but even after eating I still felt like it did not decrease—there was a huge portion. The bed was so soft I did not want to get up. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion were all nice haha There were two bottled waters on the table by the sofa and those bottles were free, but the drinks and water in the fridge were charged. I was thirsty and drank the water in the fridge as soon as I arrived, and I ended up paying for it at checkout since I had already finished it. Bottled water was expensive, I think it was 5000 won. I don't remember exactly; I think it was between 2000 and 5000 won. The hotel was pricey but overall pretty good haha

Clean and nice. The floor is low so there is no view, but the bed is spacious, you can watch YouTube and Netflix, and AK is nearby so it is good for a hotel staycation.

The accommodation was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was very nice!
