2. No smoking and strong food odors in rooms (pursuant to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act)

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) will incur a fine and a special cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW (air purifier filter replacement + air conditioner cleaning) for room purification.

If confirmed during use, guests will be evicted immediately without refund; if discovered after departure, a notification will be sent.

3. Noise advisory: Excessive shouting, singing, or drinking disturbances will result in immediate eviction without refund.

4. Facility protection: Damage to furniture, wallpaper, or use of fire (fireworks, etc.), or damage caused by hair dye or laundry, will result in compensation liability.
